Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

5 easy steps for a healthy tasty meal

1.Prepare the chicken breast marinade of Olive oil Italian seasoning, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper

1. Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 4-6 hours.

2. Grill the chicken.

3. Prepare the bruschetta by  combining the tomato, olive oil, basil, garlic, shallots, and sundried  tomatoes in a small bowl.

4. Top the still-warm chicken  with mozzarella, a spoonful of bruschetta, a drizzle of balsamic syrup,  and a sprinkle of parmesan.

5. Enjoy!
