Ninja Woodfire Grill Pork Tomahawk Chops

Pork tomahawk steaks are impressive and much less expensive than beef steaks. Follow along on how to make it on a Ninja Woodfire Grill!

Let's get cooking... 1. Rinse the chops to remove any bone chips, then pat them dry. This step ensures a clean, bone-free bite.

2.Power up your Ninja Woodfire Grill to high and press the Woodfire Smoke setting.

3.Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder while the grill is heating.

4. Rub the chops with the spice mixture. This step allows the meat to absorb all the spices, enhancing its flavor.

5.Add the chops to the hot grill and cook for 2 minutes, then flip. This action initiates the searing process.

6.Cook 2 more minutes and flip but turn 90 degrees; this creates beautiful crosshatch grill marks.

7.Cook the chops until they get to 140°F with a digital  meat thermometer. Rest the chops and then serve.

Resting is important as  it allows the juices to redistribute throughout the chop.

Pair it with Grilled Elote Corn Ribs....

Or make it fancy with Grilled Pineapple Salsa!
