Ninja Woodfire Grilled Pork Chops with Grilled Pineapple Salsa.
Chef Jenn
These grilled chops are meaty, juicy, tender, and loaded with flavor! A kiss of woodfire smoke adds flavor, and the punchy pop from the pineapple salsa puts this dish over the top! And, it's ready in about 30 minutes!
Turn the Ninja Woodfire Grill to the grill setting on high. When it is heated and has indicated that you can add the food, add the pineapple slices, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeno to the grill.
Close the lid on the grill and cook on high for 3-4 minutes, then open the lid and flip everything over and cook another 2-3 minutes or until the onion is softened and the peppers are cooked.
Remove the pineapple and veggies from the grill and set them aside.
Press the woodfire flavor button. It should start igniting the wood pellets, and when that is done, it'll let you know to add the chops.
While the grill is igniting the pellets, rub the chops liberally with the pork rub.
Add the chops to the grill when the grill says it is ready, and turn the heat down to medium.
Close the lid and cook the chops for about 3 minutes then flip and cook another 3 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145-F on a digital meat thermometer.
Remove the chops and set them aside to rest. Shut the grill down.
Finely dice the grilled pineapple, removing and discarding the core. Chop the red bell pepper, seed and dice the jalapeno, and dice the red onion.
Toss the grilled fruit and veggies with the chopped cilantro, lime juice, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the chops with the salsa and dig into flavor!

Chef Jenn's Tips
Don't overcook the chops. Pull them out at 145-F and let them rest, and they'll be moist and fabulous.
Boneless chops cook quickly! I cook these on medium, and they don't take very long, so don't walk away!
Make sure you add pellets to the hopper before hitting the Woodfire Flavor button.
