Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat to ensure it's hot and ready for the cauliflower steaks.
Wash and trim the leaves off the cauliflower, and cut it into thick steaks approximately 3/4 inch thick. Be careful to keep the core intact to hold the steaks together.
Mix the oil, dried herbs, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then brush the herb oil over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
Grill the cauliflower steaks for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks and are tender. The exact time may vary based on your grill and the thickness of your cauliflower steaks.
Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the grilled steaks before serving to add a fresh zing that lifts all the flavors beautifully.

Chef Jenn's Tips
Make sure the grill is properly preheated to avoid the cauliflower sticking and to achieve those beautiful grill marks.
Keep an eye on the steaks as they grill. Each grill is different, and cooking times may vary.
Experiment with different dried herbs to find your favorite combination. Each blend offers a unique taste profile. Try Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, Cajun, or even a steak blend.
