Ingredients
  

  • 2 bakery fresh buns cut in half
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced in half horizontally if thick
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 2 slices tomato
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Toast the split buns.
  • Make the pesto sauce by mixing together the basil and mayo in a small bowl.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto-mayonnaise on the cut side of the top buns.
  • Layer the grilled chicken, mozzarella, tomato and lettuce on top of the bottom bun.
  • Put the tops on the buns and enjoy!
