2 bakery fresh buns cut in half 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced in half horizontally if thick 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoons basil pesto 2 slices fresh mozzarella 2 slices tomato lettuce leaves
Toast the split buns.
Make the pesto sauce by mixing together the basil and mayo in a small bowl.
Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto-mayonnaise on the cut side of the top buns.
Layer the grilled chicken, mozzarella, tomato and lettuce on top of the bottom bun.
Put the tops on the buns and enjoy!
