a variety of fruitspineapple, strawberries, peaches, bananas, and more
for the dip
3.5ouncemarshmallow fluff1/2 jar
4ouncescream cheese1/2 a package
1/2cupplain Greek yogurt
2tablespoonsmaraschino cherry juice
Instructions
Combine the marshmallow fluff, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and maraschino cherry juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Wash and cut your chosen fruits into large bite-sized pieces. Ensure they are all roughly the same size for even grilling. If you make them too small, they can disintegrate in the heat.
Thread the fruit pieces onto the skewers, alternating types of fruit for a colorful and appealing look.
Set your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill to Grill setting, high, for about 20 minuters or your gas grill to high heat and allow it to preheat.
Place the fruit skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until you see grill marks and the fruit is slightly softened. Be careful not to overcook; you want the fruit to hold its shape.
Arrange the grilled fruit skewers on a platter and serve with the dip on the side.

Chef Jenn's Tips
Make sure to use ripe but firm fruits to prevent them from becoming too mushy on the grill. Small berries, like blueberries, won’t grill well next to larger berries like strawberries.
Brush a little honey or maple syrup on the fruit before grilling for extra caramelization and sweetness.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Keep an eye on the fruit while grilling, as different fruits have varying cooking times.
