1 quart strawberries left whole but washed and hulled biscuits quartered, or use cubes of pound cake or angel food cake ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Preheat your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill to the Grill setting, high, and add about 20 minutes to the timer.
Thread the strawberries and biscuit quarters onto skewers, alternating fruit and biscuit pieces.
Lay the skewers on the grill and grill with the lid open for 2 minutes on each side or until heated and grill marks appear on the biscuits and fruit.
Transfer the skewers to a serving platter.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between each, until melted.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the skewers and dig in!
Chef Jenn's Tips
Use ripe, but firm strawberries for the best texture.
Keep an eye on the biscuits to prevent them from getting too dark.
For a twist, try adding marshmallows to the skewers.
You can prep the skewers ahead of time and then just grill for a few minutes before serving.
