  • Biscuits – Quartered, or use cubes of pound cake or angel food cake
  • Semisweet chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil

How To Make Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill Grilled Strawberry Shortcake Skewers

  1. Preheat your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill to the Grill setting, high, and add about 20 minutes to the timer.
  2. Thread the strawberries and biscuit quarters onto skewers, alternating fruit and biscuit pieces.
  3. Lay the skewers on the grill and grill with the lid open for 2 minutes on each side or until heated and grill marks appear on the biscuits and fruit.
  4. Transfer the skewers to a serving platter.
