I’m always on the lookout for easy dessert recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth without much fuss. That’s why I fell in love with Ninja Woodfire Fruit Quesadillas. One evening, my family wanted something sweet to finish off dinner but didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I grabbed a few ingredients on hand and whipped up these delicious Fruit Quesadillas.

Who says you can’t grill dessert? I use my Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill for so much more than just grilling or cooking meat, and once you get a taste of these super easy and super delish Fruit Quesadillas, you’ll be making them, too!
This easy grilled dessert is buttery, dusted in cinnamon sugar, and so good. They’re ready in minutes, but you will need a griddle plate for your Ninja. I suppose you could cook them on the grill plate, but you won’t get a uniform golden brown exterior.

Make It A Meal
These Ninja Woodfire Fruit Quesadillas are a perfect dessert, but they can also be part of a delightful brunch spread. Pair them with a fresh fruit salad, a dollop of whipped cream, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious and satisfying treat. They’re great for sharing and make a fantastic addition to any meal.

Storage
If you have any leftovers (though they’re so tasty, you might not!), store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, simply place them back on the grill or in a warm skillet for a few minutes until they’re crispy again. While these quesadillas are best enjoyed fresh, you can also freeze them. Wrap each quesadilla in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag. To reheat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and then warm them up on the grill or in a skillet.
