Enjoy a delightful Smoked Berry Crisp made on the Ninja Woodfire Grill. The smoky flavor enhances the juicy berries, creating a perfect dessert. Serve warm with ice cream for a blissful treat!
Preheat your Ninja Woodfire Grill to the bake setting, 350°F, with Woodfire Smoke selected and 30 minutes on the timer.
Toss the berries with 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, then sprinkle them with the lemon juice.
Combine the oats, 1 tablespoon flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Toss to mix well.
Add the butter to the oats mixture and use your fingers to work it all together until it is crumbly.
Place the berries in 4 small cast-iron dishes or ramekins or 1 oven-safe dish and top with the crumble mixture.
Add the dish to the Ninja when prompted and close the lid. Smoke and bake for about 17-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly and the topping is lightly browned.
Serve with ice cream and dig in!

Chef Jenn's Tips
I make this dish in individual-sized cast iron dishes. If you make one larger one, add about 5 minutes to the cooking time.
You can use fresh or frozen berries in this dish. If your berries are frozen, add a few minutes of cooking time.
Keep an eye on the crisp while it’s baking to prevent burning, as the smoke can cause it to brown faster. Turn off the smoke setting if it’s getting too dark or cover them with foil.
You can mix and match different berries depending on what’s in season or available
