Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill Smoked Corn On the Cob

Smoked Corn on the Cob in the Ninja Woodfire Grill is so easy! Just add pellets, smoke until it’s perfectly tender, and enjoy. Pair with BBQ meats for a delicious, stress-free cookout treat!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup smoker pellets
  • 6 cobs of corn husks on

Instructions
 

  • Add your favorite smoker pellets to the Ninja’s hopper and set it to Smoker setting, 250°F, and 1 hour. Allow it to preheat.
  • Pull off or trim any stray corn husk that might get caught up in the fan blade of your Ninja. But leave all the husk on the corn - don’t remove it.
  • Place the whole cobs of corn - husks and all - into the Ninja and close the lid.
  • Remove the corn when the time is up. Let it cool enough to handle, then shuck it and dig in!

Notes

Chef Jenn's Tips

  • Fresh in-season corn is best. Have lots of butter and salt on hand for when the corn is finished!
  • Don’t use frozen corn for this recipe as it is too wet and won’t smoke properly.
  • Don’t overcrowd the Ninja. I found 6 large cobs fit nicely inside.
