Ninja Woodfire Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese is a bold, melty sandwich made for high heat. Leftover pulled pork, sharp cheddar, and tangy pickled onions come together fast on the griddle for a satisfying, crave-worthy meal.
Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill on High for 10 minutes using the griddle plate.
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread butter-side down on the hot griddle.
Top each slice with cheese, pulled pork, and pickled onions.
Close the lid and cook 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Fold the sandwich together, flip, and cook another 2 to 4 minutes until browned and melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Chef Jenn’s Recipe Notes
The Ninja Woodfire Grill cooks hot and fast. Have everything ready before you open the lid.
Skip the Woodfire Smoke setting for this recipe. The smoke flavor is too strong for a grilled cheese.
You can use any kind of thick-cut bread. My favorite bread for this recipe is sourdough, but any kind will work. The better the quality of the bread, the more it’ll hold up to the big and bold fillings.
If you don’t have pickled onions, use regular dill pickles. The acidity of the pickle cuts through the richness of the meat and cheese and really balances the flavors. Trust me on this - a bit of pickle takes the sandwich from an 8 out of 10, to a 12.
