  • Prepared burger patties – Use good quality patties.
  • Bacon – You can use any kind of bacon, but go for regular cut versus thick cut so that the bacon crisps up nicely.
  • Bakery-fresh buns – Any kind.
  • Burger toppings – Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and condiments like ketchup. Whatever you like!

How To Make The Easiest Bacon-Wrapped Burgers on a Ninja Woodfire Grill

  1. Add Robust pellets to the pellet hopper.
  2. Fire up your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill and set it to grill, high, 20 minutes (they won’t take 20 minutes.) Press the Woodfire smoke button to infuse your burgers with a kiss of smoke.
  3. Meanwhile, wrap the frozen burger patties in 2 slices of bacon. Pull the bacon kind of tight, and overlap the ends on the underside of the burger.
  4. When the Ninja is ready, add the burgers to the grill and close the lid.
  5. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes, then flip them and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature of the burgers – they should be 165-F with a digital meat thermometer.
  7. Serve the burgers on fresh buns with all your favorite toppings.

  • Butter the buns and put them on the grill when the burgers are done, to warm them up a bit.
